Miyuki - Subzero Rave

Yukina’s daughter, who seems to be confused for a yuki-onna…but instead of avoiding her, people seem to want to get closer to her. Kids love her for the snow days she sometimes brings. Her special skill, Blizzard of Balls, buries those who hurt who she cares for in enough ice to make a glacier anew. Freely commands ice and snow, and is not affected by the cold temperatures, but is incredibly sluggish in summer months. At one point, she could change form to hide from the one who insists he’s her dad. Has settled on her current form after his supposed death.
